Antique Victorian Tortoise Shell Locket Necklace
Product Description
This antique tortoise shell locket and chain necklace is circa 1800’s that has an interesting design on the front, features the locket measures 2 3/4 inches by 1 3/4 inches including the bail.
The chain measures 20 inches long and 5/8 of an inch wide so it has a bold look.
The necklace is in excellent antique condition and very light weight as tortoise shell.
The tortoise shell chain shows much color variation in beautiful shades of brown and tan.
The clasp looks original to me as it is carved tortoise shell.
The locket is more evenly brown in color with some lighter shades on the back side.
